“Yogasan” is for body and soul. “Sthiram Sukham Asanam”. It gives firmness to the mind & flexibility to the body. Yoga has positive effect on mind, body and Soul. Different poses of yoga helps in achieving flexible body. Yoga helps to regulate blood supply to your body and increases concentration of mind.
Yogasan is a part of Patanjali “Ashtang Yog”. It is very much beneficial for physical and psychological well being of a person. At Shree Vishwanand Ayurvedic Chikitsalay, we teach “Therapeutic yoga”. Specific Yoga are needed for specific diseases, which can be continued at home, once shown the exact way of doing that yoga.
Antenatal Yoga : Pregnancy Yoga is essential to establish flexibility in those 9 months. Thus it refreshes mind, stabilise the blood supply and helps body to have uterine contractions at right time for easy and normal delivery.
During pregnancy, different Asanas are recommended trimester-wise. Yoga has positive impact on blood-pressure, blood sugar and stress levels during pregnancy. But it is advised to be done under experts observation only.
Doing yoga regularly during the pregnancy therefore helps mother to have joyful days and a good start to a normal labour.
